Prototype – string.capitalize() 方法

此方法将字符串的第一个字母大写并小写所有其他字母。

语法

string.capitalize();

返回值

返回一个字符串。

例子

   <head>
      <title>Prototype examples</title>
      <script type = "text/javascript" src = "/javascript/prototype.js"></script>

         function showResult() {
            var str = 'hello';
            alert("hello.capitalize() : " + str.capitalize() );
